Returns and Exchange details
Handmade items are unique and not perfect. Wood items may have slight imperfections that add to the rustic feel of your item. This could include knots, cracks and other variations in the piece of wood’s appearance. These imperfections do not affect the integrity of the item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, so that we can discuss a solution. Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. A refund or an exchange will be provided once we receive the undamaged returned item(s).
If you return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders.
Vintage items are described and pictured as accurately as possible. Each item is sold “as is” condition. If you have any questions, please contact us before you order your vintage item.
